Scope of service
Ustayetiş is an intermediary platform connecting customers and service providers. The service is delivered between provider and customer; the platform provides booking and communication tools.
Account and security
You are responsible for keeping credentials secure. Misleading profiles, spam or illegal content are prohibited. Accounts may be suspended or closed for violations.
Service providers
Providers are responsible for accurate profiles, prices and hours. Verified badges are subject to admin review.
Limitation of liability
The platform is not directly liable for service quality or disputes between provider and customer. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Changes
Terms may be updated; the current version is published on this page. Registered users may be notified of material changes.
